Snow Leopard Testimonial Trip Dates October 22-29, 2024 Langtang Trek Beth Hestick and Christina Kramer Man Bahadur Sunuwar, Guide Depeesh Sunuwar, Porter Wow! What an adventure. The eight day long Langtang Trek was spectacular. Our guide, Man Sunuwar or “MB” as we called him, was wonderful. He led us ‘slowly, slowly’, at a pace that allowed us to appreciate the lush rainforest as we made our way along the Langtang River, up into the great glacier shaped valley with long vistas of the Himalayas. More importantly, the ‘slowly, slowly’ guaranteed that our steady ascent allowed us to successfully reach Kyangjin Ri and return successfully. No blisters, no complaints. Nothing but memories of spectacular views, great meals - nothing too spicey at our request, and a peek at mountain culture. It was a tremendous excursion and I can’t think of a better organization than Snow Leopard to plan it. Once we returned to Kathmandu, Yankila Sherpa, Snow Leopard’s owner, arranged a city guide and driver for a tour Durbar Square, Pashupatinath and Patan – the old quarters of the city. Yankila also arranged for us to see Mount Everest, Sagarmatha, by air. Yankila Sherpa, MB and Snow Leopard Trekking took great care of us from our initial contact from the US to the time we left Kathmandu. We couldn’t have asked for a more friendly and attentive tour company.

The best of the best for trek guiding, porting and logistics Oct 2024 • Couples We have just finished our 7th trek with Snow Leopard. We started in 2010 with our son’s high school spring break trek and have continued going almost every year using only Snow Leopard for our trek planning and execution. Trekking on the many trek routes in Nepal is a wonderful experience when you have an excellent trek company to work with. We have trekked the most popular routes like EBC, ABC and Liangtang. And with their help moved on to less known routes like Mustang and now Arun Valley. We have gone with large camping groups, a group of friends and with our family. I speak Nepali: so wasn’t sure I needed a guide on the Upper Mustang trek. I was wrong! Tek Bahadur was so knowledgeable about the area!
