Markha Valley Trek 9 Days

This trip starts with arrival at Leh and a few days of lay over visiting interesting sight and getting acclimatized for the trek. Markha is a largest valley in Ladhak and you will traverse through tiny hamlets against the spectacular backdrops, as you gain altitude.

The villages most of them have preserved monasteries amongst them Tacha is the most capitivating. The trail passes through Hemis National Park and possibilities of spotting Himalayan blue sheep and snow leopard are a great possibility. The accommodation outside of Leh are basic and are tea houses run by the locals.
