Day 01: Kathmandu – Lukla (2800m.)– Phakding (2652m)
We take an exciting mountain flight to Lukla early in the morning, the gateway to the Everest region trekking and expeditions we will arrive after 35 minutes. Spectacular view of mountains then further trek to continuously uphill following the river Dudh Koshi. We will arrive Phakding passing by some monasteries and praying Mantras which is carved on stones.
Day 02: Phakding – Namche bazaar (3440m)
The trail crosses a hanging bridge and passes some villages till you reach Sagarmatha National Park entrance then you further trek uphill till you cross a hanging bridge, Then you trek uphill till you arrive Namche Bazaar. After crossing this river, and way up the valley we reach vibrant Namche Bazaar (3440m) with numerous shops, hotels, and restaurants, and will also have our lodge for our overnight stay.
Day 03: Acclimatization at Namche Bazaar
We will spend a day here for acclimatization because it is most important before proceeding to a higher elevation. You can spend a day taking a day hike to Thame, Khunde, and Khumjung villages or explore Namche bazaar in a Sherpa community. Namche Bazaar with numerous shops, hotels and restaurants, and a commercial village for Sherpa peoples in that region.

Day 04: Namche Bazaar – Tengboche (3870m)
From Namche steep one hour climb up to Syangboche (3720m.) provides an excellent view of Mt. Everest and Mt. Amadablam. Then after the up and downhill and through passing forest and stone, we will come to see Tengboche monastery at Tengboche. It is surrounded by Mt. Kwangde (6187m.) Mt.Tawachi(6542m.) Mt. Everest (8848m.) Mt. Nuptse ( 7855m.) Mt. Lhotse (8618m.) Mt. Amadablam (6856m.) Mt. Thamserku (6608m.)
Day 05: Tengboche – Dingboche (4300m)
After crossing Tengboche you will feel the exhaustion of high altitude. The trek leads uphill continuously till you reach the village Pangboche at (3860m.) It worth visiting the monastery shortly before climbing uphill to Pheriche.
Day 06: Acclimatization day at Dingboche
Dingboche is a popular stop for trekkers and climbers headed to Mt. Everest, Ama Dablam, or Imja Tse. The village is beautiful with an array of fields enclosed by stone walls to protect barley, buckwheat, and potatoes from the cold wind and grazing animals. We spend a day at Dingboche for acclimatization. We take day hikes to either Nagarjun Hill or Chukkhung Valley for great views of Makalu, Lhotse, Charlotte, Tawache, and Ama Dablam.
Day 07: Dingboche – Lobuche – (4930m)
The onward journey leads passing to a mani-prayer Stupa and the trail follows a downward path to Pheriche village. Today’s walk offers views of the Mt.Tawache (6542m), Ama Dablam(6812m) and to the north-Pokalde (5741m), Kongma-Tse (5820m), and the great wall of Nuptse (7861m). After two hours walk, you stop at Dugla, for lunch, before continuing for an hour up a steep hill to the top, where there are views of Mt. Pumori (7161m) and other peaks west of Everest. After a short break, continue trekking up to Lobuche, hidden and sheltered from the wind. Stay overnight at lodge.
Day 08: Lobuche to Everest Base Camp (5240 m.) and Gorakshep (5160 m.)
We will get an early start for our trek to Base camp. After about two hours we reach Gorak Shep (5180m). Another hour or hiking will take us to base camp. From here the view is one of the most spectacular anywhere in the World. You will be surrounded by the highest mountains in the World. Mt. Pumori (7161m) with its steep ice walls and hanging glaciers seem so close that you could touch them.
The trail then makes a short descent onto the sandy and flat expanse of Gorak Shep, from here we will continue towards Everest Base Camp. We return back to Gorak Shep using up to 4 hours of walk and spend overnight in the lodge.
Day 09: Gorakshep (5160m) – Pheriche (4200m)
You accomplish an early morning climb to Kala Patthar (5545m.) and enjoy the view of sunrise. From Kala Patthar (5545m) you can have a panoramic view of Mt. Everest and many other mountain peaks. The village of Pheriche is known to be a very windy town. Around here you can see the perpendicular walls of Cholatse (6440m) and Tawache (6542m). Also located here is the Himalayan Rescue Association Aid Post and foreign volunteer doctors are available here the most time of the year to provide medical treatment to trekkers as well as the local people. Stay overnight at lodge.
Day 10: Pheriche – Tengboche (3870m)
You can have a morning visit to the research center. Then, trek back to Tyangboche, an easier descent passing through rhododendron forest, and continue walking to Tyangboche. It is a small village with a famous monastery offering you splendid views of Ama Dablam, lush green hills, and river views. Stay overnight at lodge.

Day 11: Tengboche – Namche Bazaar (3440m)
The walk from Tyangboche is mostly downhill on the main busy trail with a few steep climbs for an hour from the bridge at Phungitenga, near to Shanasha. The walk to Namche is very scenic on a long winding path. En route, you will visit the traditional villages of Khumjung and Khunde. From Khumjung village, another 30 minutes walk brings you to the village of Khunde, where you can visit the Khunde Hospital funded by the Sir Edmund Hillary Trust. After Khunde, a scenic and pleasant walk brings you to Namche for an overnight stay. Stay overnight in a local lodge.

Day 12: Namche Bazaar – Lukla (2810m)
The last day of your trek leads from Namche Bazaar via Monjo to Lukla. The trek is pleasant, except for few short uphill climbs and then down to the Bhote- Koshi River crossing it three times. The last uphill climb of 45 minutes will bring you to Lukla for your overnight stay.
Day 13: Lukla – Kathmandu.
In the morning we fly back to Kathmandu, it takes about 35 minutes to reach Kathmandu.
